At Zafran Organic, we aim to deliver your skincare and beauty products to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy below for details on processing times, delivery, and charges.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all major cities and towns across Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation or order verification.
• Orders placed outside our business hours (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM) or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Timeframes
• Lahore (within city): Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.
• Other major cities across Pakistan: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.
• Remote or far-flung areas: Delivery may take 5-7 business days, depending on courier service availability.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our courier partners and may occasionally be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and order value. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly communicated on our website.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and courier details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email, where available, so you can track your shipment.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will typically attempt delivery 2-3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the order, the order will be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
7. Order Verification Calls
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact you to confirm your order details before dispatch to reduce delivery issues and fraudulent orders.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us immediately with your order number so we can investigate with our courier partner and arrange a resolution, in line with our Refund and Return Policy.
