At Zafran Organic, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy below carefully before placing an order.

Genuine Issues — Eligible for Refund or Replacement

If you receive a damaged, defective, wrong, or incomplete product, you are eligible for a full refund or free replacement. To request this, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo or video of the product received
  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will offer you a replacement or full refund, including return shipping if applicable.

Change of Mind / Not Satisfied with Results

Since this is a cosmetic/skincare product that has been opened and used, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds simply because a customer changes their mind or does not see the results they expected. This is for hygiene and safety reasons, in line with standard practice for opened cosmetic products.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 3 days of delivery
  2. Share your order number and proof (photo/video) of the issue
  3. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours
  4. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, or a replacement will be dispatched

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but the Genuine Issues policy above still applies if there's a problem with the product you receive.
